RITA E. BENEDICT, 89, died Monday, Jan. 28 at Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Plattsburgh. She was born Oct. 29, 1923, in Willsboro, the daughter of Craig and Margaret (Wood) Garvey. No calling hours will be held. A service will be held in the spring at Memorial Cemetery in Willsboro. Arrangemnets are in the care of W.M. Marvin's Sons Funeral Home in Elizabethtown.
