LEONARD V. RASCOE, 92, formerly of Main Street, Mooers, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at the Evergreen Valley Nursing Home in Plattsburgh. He was born in Onchiota, Nov. 30, 1919, the son of Moses and Edith (Farewell) Rascoe. Service details were incomplete Tuesday evening and will be announced. Arrangements are in the care of the Hamilton Funeral Home, 793 Gilbert Road, Mooers.
