TICONDEROGA — Albert Fred Pelerin, 86, of Ticonderoga, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013, at Fletcher Allen Health Care Center, Burlington, Vt. Born in Ticonderoga, Dec. 22, 1926, he was the son of the late Dorick and Jennie (Leach) Pelerin.
