Billie E. Moore
PLATTSBURGH — Billie E. Moore, 69, of Aspen Court, died Sunday, June 16, 2013 at his home. He was born in Wharton, WV on May 27, 1944 the son of James Wm. and Angeline (Trusty) Moore. Billie was raised in Kentucky and moved to Plattsburgh in the late 1950's. He married Linda May in Kentucky on Sept. 1, 1962.
