JEANNETTE PELLETIER, 94, was formerly of Claire, New Brunswick, Canada, and recently of Clinton County Nursing Home died on Monday, Jan. 28, 2013. She was the daughter of Flevis and Thomas Martin. At her request there will be no public calling hours. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Our Lady of Victory Church in Plattsburgh.
