CORA E. HAILEY, 75, died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2012, at the CVPH Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Plattsburgh on Sept. 24, 1937, the daughter of Edson and Dora (Matott) Sterling. Friends may call from 3 to 5 P.M. on Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012 at the R. W. Walker Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 5 P.M. Burial will be in Ingraham Cemetery in Chazy at a later date. Arrangements are in care of the R. W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
