BETTIE L. MURPHY, age 86, of Lake Placid, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012, at AMC-Uihlein Mercy Center of Lake Placid, N.Y. Mrs. Murphy was born July 21, 1926, in AuSable Forks, N.Y. She is the daughter of the late Sidney and the late Theresa (Carpenter) Estes. She was the wife of the late Edward Murphy. Arrangements are incomplete at this time.
