ARTHUR L. BECHARD, 97, of Route 9, Chazy, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012 at the Meadowbrook Health Care Facility in Plattsburgh. He was born on April 29, 1915 in Champlain, N.Y., the son of Nepoleon and Josephine (Tetrault) Bechard. Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 1, 2012 at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh. A funeral service will follow at 4 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. A full obituary will follow in tomorrows Press Republican. Arrangements are in the care of the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court Street, Plattsburgh.
