WILLIAM G. JOYCE, 68, of Port Henry, died Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013, at the Elizabethtown Community Hospital. He was born June 24, 1944, in Brooklyn, N.Y., the son of William and Elizabeth (Clogston) Joyce. A full obituary will be in a later paper. Arrangements are with the Harland Funeral Home in Port Henry.
