---- — MALONE — A village man was charged with three counts of rape for the second time in 10 days Wednesday, allegedly involving a second 14-year-old girl, Malone Village Police said.
Christopher L. Joiner, 20, of 28 Clay St., Malone, faces three counts of second-degree rape and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
He was arraigned before Malone Town Justice Michael Lamitie and taken to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 insurance bond.
Joiner had been arrested Dec. 23, 2012, and charged with three counts of second-degree rape and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child involving a different girl, Malone-based State Police said.
Then, he had lived in Constable.
In that case, Constable Town Justice Diane Wisneskey jailed him on $10,000 cash bail and $20,000 insurance bond.
