JOYCE "SATCH" DUFOUR, 79, of Dean Lane, Plattsburgh, died Friday, Nov. 16, 2012, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh, with her family by her side. She was born on Sept. 15, 1933. Arrangements are incomplete and are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad St., Plattsburgh.
