Evelyn Phillips

DUNEDIN, Fla. — Evelyn Phillips, 87, of Dunedin, Fla., died Feb. 14, 2013. She is survived by her three children, Jack Phillips and his wife Cheryl, Lois Phillips and her husband Peter Chiefari, and Ted Phillips and his wife Sue; six grandchildren, including Jack and Jim Phillips; and eight great-grandchildren, including Emily, Tyler, Morgan, Michael and Abbey Phillips.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at Curlew Hills, 1750 Curlew Rd., Palm Harbor, FL, followed by a reception at Dunedin Golf Club. Donations may be made to DGC Foundation in lieu of flowers.
