---- — TICONDEROGA — Tara Ann Lambert, 55, of Ticonderoga, passed away on Monday, January 28, 2013, at the Moses-Ludington Hospital of Ticonderoga. Born in Ticonderoga, June 3, 1957, she was the daughter of George D. and Fay (Hughes) Clemons.
Tara was a lifelong Ticonderoga resident and a 1975 graduate of Ticonderoga High School. She was employed as Assistant Manager of the Family Dollar of Ticonderoga for several years.
Tara's greatest joy was her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She enjoyed doing word puzzles.
She was pre-deceased by her father, George D. Clemons. Survivors include her mother, Fay (Hughes) Clemons of Ticonderoga; one son, James B. Lambert Jr. and his wife, Summer of Rutland, Vt; and two grandchildren, Caden Lambert and Cameron Lambert, both of Rutland, Vt. She is also survived by her devoted and lifelong friends, JoAnn Drinkwine of Ticonderoga and Diane Relation of Schenectady.
A Graveside Service will take place in the Spring at the family plot of the Valley View Cemetery of Ticonderoga. The Rev. Kevin D. McEwan, Pastor of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Ticonderoga, will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home of Ticonderoga.
