WEST CHAZY — Mr. Joshua K. King, 33, of Route 22, West Chazy, N.Y., passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2013 at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Plattsburgh on March 30, 1979, the son of Leon and Robyn (Simpson) King.
Josh graduated from Beekmantown Central School in 1998. He then began working at his family's business Bromley's Auto Body in Beekmantown as an Auto Tech. Josh loved to watch wrestling, go to the movies, Jeff Gordon and his gold P.T. Cruiser.
He was predeceased by his grandparents; Kenneth King, Ralph and Margaret Simpson; his uncles, Paul Jesse, Billy Simpson; and an aunt, Jill Moore.
Josh is survived by his parents; a brother, Benjamin King of West Chazy; his grandmother, Mary King of West Chazy; a nephew, Robert King; his aunts and uncles, Penny and Dick Labarge of Md., Linda Jesse of Conn., Nancy Whisten and her companion Tony of N.J., Mike Simpson of Plattsburgh, Laurie and Bob Rossi of R.I., Jim Moore of Morrisonville, Wanda and Mark Knutelsky of Fla., Donna Bodette of Plattsburgh, Elaine and Bill Stewart of West Chazy, Kathy King of Plattsburgh and Larry Lafaive of West Chazy; several cousins also survive him.
Calling hours will be held from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday Jan. 19, at the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery in Plattsburgh later in the year.
