MORIAH — Linda McCray 70 of Moriah N.Y. passed away on Jan. 5, 2013. She was born on Sept. 29, 1942 to Martha and Henry Knowlton. Henry passed when she was very young and she was raised by Martha and Donald Helms of Moriah N.Y.
She graduated from Port Henry School. She was married to frank H McCray on Oct 1,1966.
She is survived by her three sons, frank of Peru, Donald of Comstock, and Shane of North Bangor N.Y.; she had four grandchildren, Ashley, Rachel, Seth, and Jessica; one great- grandchild, Xavier McCray; one niece, Jean Gonyo and one great-niece, Mckenzie Gonyo of Moriah N.Y.
Linda was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She was predeceased by her husband and only sibling, Joan Lord of Moriah.
Calling hours are from 1 to 3 immediately following funeral services at Harlands Funeral Home, Port Henry N.Y. Burial service will be in the spring.
