LAKE WORTH, FLA. — Frank A. Hamilton, age 86, passed away on December 22, 2012, at JFK Memorial Hospital in Lake Worth, Fla.
Frank is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jane Stafford Hamilton; sons, David and Dean; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; brother, Charles Hamilton and sister, Cora Greene.
He was born in Neversink, N.Y. and served in the United States Air Force in the 421st Night Fighter Squadron. Franks career included successful small business owner, public school business administrator, hotel general manager, and volumes of volunteer, leadership, and board roles. Active till the end with church, associations, and community the common denominator, Frank loved to help people and embraced life.
A Memorial Service will be held Saturday, December 29, 2012 at 11am at Lakeside United Methodist Church with a Memorial Reception to follow at the church. A Memorial Service also will be held in Plattsburgh, NY in the summer of 2013.
