MORIAH — Jeanne Christie Suddard, 59, of Moriah, N.Y., passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2013 at her home. Jeanne Christie Suddard was born on March 23, 1953 in Ticonderoga, N.Y. She was the daughter of Ruth and Ralph Jaquish of Moriah, N.Y.
She married her high school sweetheart William Suddard of Port Henry, N.Y., and they had 3 beautiful children, Shannon, Brian, and Deanna. Jeanne worked as a Bridal Consultant at The Fashion Corner of Port Henry, N.Y., for over 27 years where she enjoyed getting all of the teenagers and brides dressed for their very special day.
Jeanne Christie Suddard is survived by her beloved husband, William Suddard of Port Henry, N.Y.; and 3 children, Shannon and husband Eric Boyea of Bristol, Conn., Brian Suddard of Glens Falls N.Y., and Deanna and husband Clayton Menser of Marlboro, N.Y.; parents, Ruth and Ralph Jaquish of Moriah, N.Y.; and 8 brothers and sisters, Donald and wife LuAnn Jaquish of Moriah, N.Y., Frederick and wife June Jaquish of Addison, Vt., Randal and wife Sue Jaquish of Kathleen, Ga., Thomas and wife Laura Jaquish of Moriah, N.Y., Sandra and husband Paul Viens of West Port, N.Y., Candy and husband Thomas Baker of Moriah, N.Y., Richard Jaquish of Channahon, Ill., Mary Ann and husband John Monty of Saranac Lake, N.Y.; and 7 grandchildren, Joel Boyea, Taylor Suddard, Shelby Suddard, Madison Suddard, William Menser, Alivia Menser, and Kelsey Suddard (deceased), and many nieces, nephews, and beloved friends.
Calling hours are scheduled for 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, at Harland Funeral Home, 4279 Main Street, Port Henry, NY, 12974 . A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. Thursday, at St. Patrick's Church in Port Henry.
