Clinton County Court Sentencings

Cases heard before Clinton County Judge Patrick McGill:

Tanya Ramirez-Delvalle, 34, of Putnam Station, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to one and a half to three years in state prison and a surcharge, after pleading guilty to first-degree attempted promoting prison contraband.

Dennis Clukey, 21, of Plattsburgh as sentenced to 90 days in Clinton County Jail, five years probation, community service, restitution and a surcharge, after pleading guilty to third-degree burglary.

Lori Dubuque, 48, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to six months in Clinton County Jail, five years, probation and a surcharge for first-degree offering a false instrument. Dubuque previously pleaded guilty in court.

Cases heard before Clinton County Judge Kevin Ryan:

Thomas A. Burnell, 29, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison and a surcharge after pleading guilty to failing to register as a sex offender.

Pamela L. Marshall, 53, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to six and a half years in state prison, five years post-release supervision, and various fees. Marshall pleaded guilty in court to second-degree robbery. She was also sentenced to one and a half to three years in state prison, to run consecutive to the robbery sentence, and various fees after pleading guilty to fourth-degree grand larceny.

Jared M. Lashway, 23, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced to one to three years in state prison, various fees, and an ignition interlock device after pleading guilty to first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, aggravated driving while intoxicated, and speeding. Lashway was also sentenced to one to three years in state prison, to run concurrent to the previous charges, various fees, and an ignition interlock device for a separate case where he pleaded guilty to first-degree unlicensed operation, driving while intoxicated, and speeding.

Steven Burleigh, 24, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to six and a half years in state prison followed by three years post-release supervision and a surcharge after pleading guilty to two counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Richard Brundige, 34, of Plattsburgh, was sentenced as a second-felony offender to two to four years in state prison and a surcharge after pleading guilty to third-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
