FLEMING - A Mass of Christian burial for Shawn J. Flem ing, 45, who died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Fletcher-Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt.,was celebrated at 11 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14, at St. John's Church. The Mass was cele brated by Rev.Guy Edwards, parochial vicar, concelebrated by Rev. Normand Cote, retired, Rev. Scott Seymour, Pastor of St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville and assisted by Deacon Leonard Patrie. The altar servers were Sherman Luck, Gary Ryan and Tom Rennell. The organist was George Cantin and soloist was Mary Catherine Jadlos. The crucifix was placed by his children Alex and Olivia Fleming. The rosary was placed by Betty Ann King. The readers were Iris Tally and Linda Patnode. The offertory gifts were presented by Brooke Mc Donald and Kailee Bechard. The eulogist was Betty Ann King. The pall bearers and placers were Shane Fleming, Aaron Decosse, Dustin LaFountain, Eric Monto, Donny De cosse and Bruce McDonald. A large delegation of nurses from CVPH formed an honor guard. Burial will be in St. Peter's Cemetery at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Brown Funeral Home, 29 Broad Street, Plattsburgh, NY (518)561-3980.
