KEVIN KAMPSCHROR, 56, of Louisiana Avenue, died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at the CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh. He was born in Evanston, Ill., June 5, 1956, the son of Leslie and Nancy (Arrants) Kampschror. Arrangements are incomplete at this time with the R.W. Walker Funeral Home, 69 Court St., Plattsburgh.
