Hospice of the North Country, which provides end-of-life care to the ill and their family members, will hold a groundbreaking ceremony at 1 p.m. Monday to celebrate the start of construction on the organization�s new administrative facility. The 3,500-square-foot building, depicted in the rendering above, will be on Tom Miller Road in Plattsburgh and should be completed in three to six months.
