MALONE — Leo’s Tavern recorded an 18-14 win over Fellion’s/Owls Nest and a 13-0 shutout of the Sodbusters the past week to run its second-place record in the Malone Amvets Gentlemen’s Slo-Pitch League to 16-2.
First-place H & R Block improved its unbeaten record to 15-0, despite getting a bit of a scare in a 10-7 victory over Waste Stream Management.
