LAKE PLACID — Music Director Dianne Brooks conducts The Cumberland Bay Barbershop Chorus during a rehearsal Tuesday at the Northern Alliance Church in Plattsburgh. The group meets on Tuesday evenings every week at 7 p.m at the Northern Alliance Church. and invites men of all ages from the Plattsburgh area to come, learn more about Capella singing and hopefully join. The group will be holding 4 workshops free to the public focusing on healthy vocal productions and the fundamentals of four part a Capella singing. Special guest Musical Director William Verity, a graduate of the Crane School of Music will conduct the workshops. For more inforamtion call David Hurd at 593-3686.
