PERU — Alexandra Brown took first on the balance beam and in floor exercise Monday on her way to the high all-around score of 32.0 in leading Peru to a 145.8-142.15 victory over Plattsburgh High in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference gymnastics.
Molly Lawliss was second in floor exercise and tied teammates Lexi Trombley and Brown for second on the bars to help Peru (3-3) achieve the victory.
Dalen Keswick was the leading gymnast for PHS (0-5) with firsts in vaulting and the bars and a third on the beam. He was second in the all-around with a 31.4.
