In one of the most exciting games of the season, St. John Bosco won a thriller in overtime over Bangor in the semifinals. With the lead see-sawing over the last two minutes of regulation, Corey LaMere hit one of two free throws to give Bosco a 44-42 lead with 10 seconds left. Quinton Garrand tied it with four seconds to go and a desperation heave by Bosco's Chris Payton was just off the mark forcing overtime. Bosco then outscored Bangor 6-2 in the extra period for the final margin of victory.

LaMere led the winners with 16 points, while Shawn Wonderlie controlled the boards with 14 points and 23 rebounds, 13 in the fourth quarter alone. Alex Laflesh added 12.

Garrand led Bangor with 17 points and John Benware hit for 11.

The Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club squad used a balanced offense, which was clicking on all cylinders throughout the entire game. Teamwork, passing, rebounding, and scoring allowed them to win every quarter on the way to earning a spot in the CYO championship game.

Matt Tomford led the attack with 27 points, followed by Foster Ebersole with 22 points and 12 rebounds. Ryan Kelly added 13 and David Thornhill 10 to round out the double figure scoring.
