MALONE — Maranatha picked up its second win of the season and North Star got back on the winning track on a weather-shortened weekend of play in the Franklin CYO Basketball League.
Boys & Girls Club 63,
Daniel Moulton scored a personal-best 20 points as Ogdensburg improved its unbeaten record to 9-0 in a game held on Sunday. Dave Tomford added a double-double with 12 points and 14 rebounds, while Konnor Murdock finished with 10 points, four rebounds and four assists.
Chateaugay was led by Josh Juntunen with 12 points, followed by Darian Velasquez with nine.
PAPAS Dairy 64
Ben Haug had a tremendous double-double with 24 points and 28 rebounds. Tony DeStefano added 21 points, Matt Fish had 15 and Codi Church 10, to go along with nine rebounds.
PAPAS Dairy was led by Tyrek Snead, who turned in a season-high 31 points along with 10 rebounds. Adam Bean followed with 17 points and six assists, while Nick Lamica had eight points.
North Star 64.
St. John Bosco 38
Mike LaVoie led North Star with 20 points and Alex Shackett added 14. Isai Paradones finished with a big all-around game with 12 points, eight rebounds, five assists and five blocked shots. Jared Webb chipped in with eight points.
Leading the way for St. John Bosco was Corey LaMere, who accounted for well over half of his team’s offense with 27 points.
