The Peru boys and Ticonderoga girls went wire-to-wire last season in winning both the Champlain Valley Athletic Conference and Section VII championships in bowling.
The Peru boys return a good nucleus from last year, but the Ticonderoga girls got hit very hard by graduation.
Beekmantown, which finished second in both the boys and girls in the regular season, will be among the teams looking to unseat the champions.

AuSable Valley (67-93) has a lot of new faces and a new coach in Jeff Miller. "I'm learning myself as we go along," Miller said. "We have a lot of young bowlers, but I think we'll have a pretty good team."

AuSable Valley (16-48) has no returnees and is short in numbers with only five out for the team.
