TICONDEROGA — Ticonderoga gymnasts won three events and the all-around competition Thursday, but that wasn't enough for the Sentinels to win their Champlain Valley Athletic Conference meet with Peru.
The Indians edged out a 149.65-148 victory, led by Shanice Washington, who took second in the bars, floor exercise and all around (30.85). Jordan Haulton won the vault with a score of 8.3.
Ticonderoga's Joann Campbell topped the all-around standings with a 31.75 after placing first on the floor (8.6) and the bars (7.3). Chelsea Budwick was best on the balance beam.
