WESTPORT — Dave and Mike Rowe combined for a 69 Saturday for a 138 total and the second-round lead in the Championship Flight in the 31st-Annual Dr. Thomas Tanneberger Memorial Golf Tournament being held at the Westport Golf Club.
The Rowes hold a one-stroke lead over Mike O'Connor and Jim Forcier (71-139) heading into today's third and final round in the 54-hole event.
Ryan Sherman and Dan Morrency teamed for a 70 during Saturday's action and have a 145 total to lead the First Flight, with Mike Law and Mike Graves (72-146) just one stroke off the pace.
Winners of the long drive contest were Brian Thomas for all ages and Timmy Ormsby for golfers over 50 years of age.
