PLATTSBURGH — Jessie Collins tossed a two-hit shutout in the first game and Mark Passino homered twice using a wooden bat as the Meron's Expos recorded a 6-0 win over the Adirondack Wild on Saturday at Lefty Wilson Field.
The Expos then completed the sweep with an 8-4 decision in the second game to finish off a 3-0 weekend against the team from the Lake George area.
Collins struck out eight in the opener.
In Game 2, Casey Brighton fanned eight and allowed six hits in going the route for the win.
Pat Shaughnessy led the offense with a home run and single, while Ryan Barcomb doubled.
