Parker nets game-winner in Men's Soccer League action

CHAZY — Adam Parker scored the winning goal Wednesday as Kavanaugh Realty edged Elizabethtown 3-2 in the North Country Men's Soccer League.

Nolan Ryan scored the first two goals for Kavanaugh. Sean Martin was in net for the winners and Colin MacIver for Elizabethtown.

CHATEAUGAY — Chris O'Connor, Matt Martin, Jimmy Guay, Josh Fredericks and Dick King all scored for Giroux's, and Terry LaPier was in net.

Jared Peryea had Chateaugay's goal, and Wade Studley was the keeper.
