WEST PLATTSBURGH — Labatt Blue Light Lime, the Young Guns/Legion Post 1618 and Trim's Boys have all wrapped up regular season titles in the Adirondack Slo-Pitch Softball League.
Labatt Blue Light Lime wrapped up the A Division crown with a 37-4 record, with Big Earl's/Plattsburgh Bass Club and Legion Post 1619 ending up second with 35-6 marks.
The Young Guns/Legion Post 1618 won the B Division regular season title with a 27-14 record, followed by the Bandag Brewers at 26-15.
Meanwhile, Trim's Boys finished first in the C Division with a 22-19 mark. All three division winners are the top seeds in the playoffs, which have already begun.
In the A Division, J & M Snacks/Recore Enterprises has already advanced in their elimination series with Marty's Carpet by forfeit. J & M/Recore's will niow play Labatt Blue Light Lime in the quarterfinal round.
In the other quarterfinal series, which are the best-of-three, Big Earl's/Plattsburgh Bass Club, Legion Post 1619 and Loreman's/Pizza Palace have 1-0 leads in their series over Geoffrey's Pub, U First and S & S Monitor Heating Systems, respectively.
In the B Division, the Young Guns/Post 1618 await the winner of the Handy Dan D. Home Improvement/North Country Thoracic & Vascular versus Neighborhood Garbage elimination series, which is tied at 1-all, in the quarterfinals.
In the other quarterfinals series, Budweiser, Leroux Fuels and Dragoon's Farm Equipment have 1-0 advantages over the Bandag Brewers, Bluff Point/Smithfield Liquors and Ron Hoy Construction/Buck's Discount, respectively.
In the C Division, Trim's Boys are playing The Replacements in a quarterfinal series that hasn't started yet.
C.V. Fitness/Esposito & Sons Valley Cats, Atkinson's Scrap Metal/Shumway Insurance and Team Gamache have 1-0 series leads over Clarke Ashline Roofing, The Store and Camoplast/NY Bandit, respectively.
