PLATTSBURGH -- Plattsburgh High swept the three relays in turning back a spirited AuSable Valley 92-74 Tuesday in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference swimming.
Larry Harney and Josh West each claimed four firsts while Qudsi Hamzah was a three-time winner for the Hornets. Brian Goodell, Ryan Bracy and Joe Shanawi each took two firsts.
Ben Ford won the 500 freestyle and Will Rhino, the 200 freestyle, for AuSable Valley.
Beekmantown's Dan McGovern, swimming as an independent, posted the second-fastest time (1:08.50) in the 100 butterfly and second-fastest for the 500 freestyle (6:02.74).
