Local sporting events to be televised
PLATTSBURGH -- The following sports events will be televised by Foxy's North Country Cable Network on Charter Communications public-access channe (Channel 15):

Today- 1 p.m., 7 p.m., midnight- CVAC boys soccer, Northeastern Clinton at Plattsburgh High School.
Tuesday, Oct. 14- 1 p.m., 7 p.m., midnight- CVAC girls soccer, junior varsity, Saranac at Plattsburgh High School, with Joe LoTemplio, guest play-by-play.
Wednesday, Oct. 15- 1 p.m., 4:30 p.m. and 9 p.m.- CVAC girls soccer, varsity, Saranac at Plattsburgh High School, with Joe LoTemplio, guest play-by-play.
Thursday, Oct. 16- 1 p.m., 6:30 p.m. and midnight -2005 CVAC boys soccer, Northeastern Clinton at Plattsburgh High School.
Friday, Oct 17- 7 p.m. and midnight- Ausable Forks Fast-Pitch Softball Tournament, Game 2, Gordon Oil vs. Ottawa Blitz.
Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 18 and Oct. 19- replay of Friday's schedule
Chazy Youth Hockey holding sign-ups
CHAZY -- Chazy Youth Hockey will be conducting its final registration session for this season on Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the Scotts Memorial Rink. You can either register online at www.chazyyouthhockey.com or attend the session in person.
If you register online and email your confirmation number, your registration is complete for the season. Also, on Tuesday, Chazy Youth Hockey will be conducting its final mandatory CPR/First Aid class, starting at 7 p.m. All on ice personnel who did not attend last month's class must attend this class to be allowed on the ice this year.
