PLATTSBURGH — Six Champlain Valley Athletic Conference standouts were named to the New York Volleyball Coaches Association All-State Team for 2008-09.
Beekmantown's Rosi Cummings was selected for the First Team in Class B while teammate Brittany Lapham and Plattsburgh High's Kayla Hoopes were Second Team selections.
Alex Hoey of AuSable Valley and Roshell Gist of PHS earned Third Team, Class B honors.
Northern Adirondack standout Sarah Brunell landed on the Third Team for Class C.
