CLINTONVILLE — Larry Harney and Josh West each claimed four firsts to lead Plattsburgh High to a 94-76 victory over AuSable Valley Friday in Champlain Valley Athletic Conference boys' swimming.
It was final meet for bothe teams before the Section VII-X championships a week from today at SUNY Potsdam.
Harney won the 50 freestyle and 100 butterfly events, and West placed first in the 200 individual medley and 100 freestyle. Harney and West also picked up two relay firsts, in the 200 medley relay with Brian Goodell and Adam Emery, as well as the 200 freestyle relay with Ryan Bracey and Joe Shanawi.
Ben Ford finished first three times for the Patriots, winning the 500 freestyle and 100 backstroke. He also placed first in the 400 freestyle relay with Zach Hamilton, Mitch Miller and Dan Dohman.
Emery won the 200 freestyle, and Brian Goodell placed first in the 100 breaststroke.
