Decker, a Peru graduate, was chosen the NJCAA Athlete of the Week for the week of Jan. 21. Garrand, a sophomore, helped the Cougars to a 2-1 record en route to winning the same award for the week ending Jan. 28.

The former Northeastern Clinton had a career high 33 points, five rebounds, five steals and one blocked shot against Hudson Valley. She then led Clinton to a hard-fought win over Fulton-Montgomery with 14 points, five assists and four steals.
