BRUSHTON — Franklin Academy used balanced scoring to defeat Brushton-Moira 84-44 in Northern Athletic Conference boys’ basketball Thursday.
Nate Monette, Alex Johnson and Jon Dunlavey all scored 12 points to lead the Huskies, who jumped out to a 24-13 lead in the first quarter. Mitchell Gallagher added 11 points, and Austin Lamay and Chris Poupore both tossed in nine.

Alex Burnett paced the Panthers with 14 points. Loren Traynor scored nine, and Adam Martin chipped in eight.
