MALONE — The Ogdensburg Boys and Girls Club, Bangor, and Jean's Quik Stop all picked up victories in Franklin CYO basketball action last weekend.Ogdensburg remains the only unbeaten team after seven weeks.

Foster Ebersole scored eight of his game-high 22 points in the first quarter to help Ogdensburg establish a lead it never relinquished. Ryan Kelly's 17 and Matt Tomford's 16 rounded out the double-figure scoring for the winners. Jon Donahue led North Star with 11 points.
St. John Bosco 67 Maranatha 12
St. John Bosco got back on the winning track with a convincing victory over Maranatha Bible School. Five players hit double figures for Bosco — Corey LaMere and Alex LaFlesh led with 16 each, Ricky Cramer added 11, while Shawn Wonderlie and Chris Payton each added 10. Tyler Childs led Maranatha with eight points.
Jean's Quik Stop 59 Bangor 47
In the toughest match-up of the day, it was Jean's coming away with a 12-point victory. Jean's led by three going into the fourth quarter, and both teams turned it up a notch and had their best frames of the game. Bryant Reome led the winners with 21 while Josh Hyde added 20 along with five steals. Bangor was led by Jon Benware with 20 points, while Quinton Garrand tallied 16 points along with 8 rebounds.

Bangor topped North Star, led by Ernie Munford's eight points. North Star was led by Nick Nemier with five. St. John Bosco won a thriller over the OBGC from Ogdensburg, 32-30. Bosco got eight points each from Gage Gardner and Chris Payton. The 'Burg had rallied from a 10-point deficit to tie it at 30 on a Jordan Fifield bucket with 16.7 seconds. Ricky Cramer then hit two free throws for Bosco with 6.7 seconds left to provide the final two-point margin. OBGC was led by John Morrison with 10 points and 10 rebounds.
