Gardeners gathering set
LAKE PLACID — Gardeners are invited to an end-of-season gathering at 3 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 18, at the Cornell Maple Research Visitors Building, 157 Bear Cub Lane, Lake Placid.

Cornell Cooperative Extension Master Gardener volunteers will lead a program that invites participants "to share successes, ask questions and glean bits of wisdom for planning and tending next year's garden," a press release said.
