DICKINSON —
Police say a Norfolk man suffered a broken arm when a vehicle backed into him on Niles Road Friday.
Howard J. Malone was hit when walked onto the road as Clarence Soulia was backing up to let a tractor trailer pull into a private driveway.
The slow-speed accident left the 34-year-old with a broken arm, which was later treated at Alice Hyde Medical Center.
Soulia, 61, of Constable was ticketed for unsafe backing.
