CONSTABLE — A Brasher Falls teen faces a felony charge of possession of stolen property after an alleged domestic dispute.
State Police said Michael J. Moulton, 16, was involved in a domestic dispute with his 12-year-old brother at around 9:20 p.m. Jan. 27, after which his mother called the police.
Police said Moulton allegedly left the residence after the dispute and threw a handgun into the woods.
He was arrested at 9:35 p.m. that evening and was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and fourth-degree criminal possession of firearms, both misdemeanors.
But on Thursday, Moulton was again arrested and charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony.
He was arraigned in Fort Covington Town Court for the felony charge and released under the supervision of probation.
He is due back in court on Feb. 14.
