SARANAC LAKE — A Bloomingdale man was arrested on felony assault and strangulation charges Thursday.
During a fight at a Saranac Lake bar at about 11:30 p.m. Sept. 4, Adam S. Reynolds, 26, allegedly choked someone until they passed out, according to Saranac Lake Police Department Chief Bruce Nason.
Police obtained an arrest warrant and arrested Reynolds at the Saranac Lake Police Department at 11:32 a.m. Thursday. He was charged with second-degree strangulation with obstruction of breath and blood circulation, a felony, and third-degree assault with intent to cause physical injury, a misdemeanor.
Reynolds was arraigned at Saranac Lake Village Court and released under the supervision of a probation officer until a future court date.
