Police Log: Feb. 14, 2013 — Felony arrest

SARANAC LAKE — Saranac Lake police arrested Neil F. Martin Sr. for alleged first-degree criminal contempt.

Police reports said the Saranac Lake man was arrested after intentionally disobeying an order of protection.

Martin, 52, has a prior criminal contempt conviction, thus making the arrest Tuesday a felony.

Martin was processed, arraigned and remanded to Franklin County Jail where he is being held in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.
