VERMONTVILLE — After being stopped for speeding, State Police say, a Bloomingdale man was found to be driving under the influence and without a license.
Micheyl Willette was pulled over on Route 3 at about 4 p.m. Friday when he was allegedly found to be intoxicated with an open container in his vehicle.
Ray Brook-based State Police subsequently took him into custody for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor counts of driving-while-intoxicated.
He was also cited for speeding, an open-container violation and for unlawful possession of marijuana.
After arraignment, the 58-year-old was sent to Franklin County Jail on an undisclosed amount of bail and bond.
