PLATTSBURGH — Plattsburgh City Police made the following felony arrests:
Debbie L. Caron, 51, was arrested Sept. 21 at 45 Pine St. and charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree grand larceny, both felonies.
Benjamin J. Medbury, 30, was arrested Sept. 28 at 199 West Church St. in West Chazy and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree assault, and third-degree criminal possession of a weapon, all felonies. He was also charged with reckless endangerment of property, a misdemeanor.
Timothy Atkins, 54, of Plattsburgh, was arrested Oct. 3 at 45 Pine St. and charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, a felony and unlawful growing of cannabis, a misdemeanor.
Larry Smith, 41, of Plattsburgh was arrested Oct. 5 and charged with second-degree strangulation, a felony.
Brandon L. Lacroix, 25, of Dannemora was arrested at 1:38 a.m. on Oct. 7 on Margaret Street for disorderly conduct, a violation; resisting arrest, a misdemeanor; and second-degree attempted assault, a felony.
All were arraigned in Plattsburgh City Court.
