CHESTERFIELD — State police in Plattsburgh arrested David B. Bresette, 22, of Keeseville on Oct. 25 in connection with a Jan. 6 burglary on the Highlands Road in the Town of Chesterfield. Bresette was charged with burglary third-degree, a felony. Police say that an assortment of scrap metal and assorted scrap type items were stolen from a barn, and a parts truck was taken from outside the residence. Bresette was arraigned in Town of Lewis Court. He was released on his own recognizance and will re-appear in Chesterfield Town Court on Nov. 11.
