MORRISONVILLE — A Morrisonville man was arrested July 11 and charged with allegedly stealing checks from his mother’s boyfriend.
New York State Police arrested William E. Waterson, 23, of Morrisonville on four counts of forgery second degree, felonies, and four counts of misdemeanor petit larceny, for the July 9 incident. Waterson allegedly forged signatures on the four stolen checks and cashed them at Key Bank for $750. He was arraigned in the Town of Schuyler Falls court before Town Justice Van Nortwich, where he was released on his own recognizance pending an Aug. 8 court appearance.
