Police say a Dickinson man with two previous driving-while-intoxicated convictions has been arrested again for DWI.
Malone-based State Police stopped Cody L. Chester on County Route 5 at about 9 p.m. Wednesday, when the 26-year-old was apparently found to be intoxicated.
Chester was taken into custody for felony DWI, arraigned and later sent to Franklin County Jail on $1,500 cash bail or $3,000 bond.
Police said he was initially stopped for reportedly driving without headlights, which also landed him a traffic ticket.
He is scheduled to reappear in Waverly Town Court Sept. 14 at 7 p.m.
Police said he was found to have a blood-alcohol content of 0.09, which is just above the state threshold of 0.08.
