MALONE — A Chateaugay man was arrested on a felony weapons charge.
Eric L. Pelletier, 26, was taken into custody at about 4:26 p.m. Nov. 1 following a domestic dispute, according to Malone-based State Police reports.
He was charged with felony third-degree criminal possession of a weapon that he allegedly defaced in order to conceal or prevent police from detecting it.
Pelletier was also charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, a misdemeanor.
He was sent to Franklin County Jail in lieu of bail where he was listed as still being in custody as of Nov. 6.
